My name is Richelle Seng, the Branch Leader of The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd Sabah Branch as well as the founder of TRR RS Group. I started RS Group in 2019 as a Pre-Leader with only a total of group members less than 10 peoples. In March 2020 We have been hit by the COVID-19 but it doesn’t stop our group from growing. Over the years until now, RS Group has grown up to more than 200 members & we managed to produce myself as Branch Leader, 1 Group Leader, 6 Team Leaders & 19 Senior Negotiators. Our group members, as a well trained Real Estate Negotiators were managed to provide the utmost professional services to our clients & our partners at any time that they needed.

During the 3 years of COVID-19 incident (from 2020 to 2022), RS group didn’t stop learning new things especially during the start of MCO lockdown in 2020 which we got to learn how to do meeting & training only by online via Zoom, Google Meet or other online meeting apps. As RS Group marched on towards the end of 2022 whereby the Relax MCO & Recovery MCO have been took place until now in the year of 2023, we have been going thru more than 1,000 hours of online & offline meeting and training, bringing many Real Estate Negotiator in our group became Real Estate Entrepreneurs, creating millions of achievements together and creating pioneering & innovative learning models.
